Sometime last week the train stop pulling itself up the mountain but was still sticking to it & then earlier today the car stopped going around the track. Total bummer. And the Fellow was bummed about the situation - constantly, nicely, asking me to make the train go when it wouldn't preform for him after pushing the little orange lever. Sadness abounded!I looked on the website & found a 'orders inquiry' email & an 'all other inquiries' email so I emailed the 'all others' last week and didn't hear anything back from them. I emailed Nana! & Grandpa last night to see if Santa left a manual or product information card with the toy over Christmas and he hadn't but they also didn't have any fix it suggestions for me so I decided to email the 'orders inquiry' email and see where that got me. If they told me to email the 'all others' I could safely proclaim 'no response in a week' & then see if that got me anywhere.
Turns out I didn't need to take it any further! Within five minutes I had received an email from them stating all they needed was a zip code & last name where the product was delivered & they would send me a REPLACEMENT along with a paid return shipping label for the defective product! HURRAY!!
All of this happened within 10 minutes as I emailed them back with the needed information & a new toy is on its way today! I'm really happy & appreciative that they took such quick action with barely any information needed & I will gladly order from them again & highly suggest this toy, especially, to anyone out there with a little busy body who loves trains & cars and little things to make them go. The price is really good for all the happiness this has brought Liam & I'm even more thankful that it's all being taken care of so easily!

YIPPIE! I know how much he love that toy. Love Mom / Nana
I want to get one of their train tables...one day. Although my husband might play with it now!
Oh yes, I'm sure a train table will be making an appearance within the year! I've got my eye on the GeoTrax one already :) I'm thinking the actual table might be a Grandpa Project - can you imagine all the 'extras' that can be easily added on for the little ones to play with??? Trees, lakes, rivers, bridges - AHHHHHH - I WANT A TRAIN TABLE! Who needs an ottoman/coffee table?!!? There's TRAIN TABLES TO HAVE!!!
