Noooo, don't be jealous. They hurt when BFing. Don't let anyone fool you - they may not be able to bite while nursing but before and after they sure can (no matter how quick you are to remove the wee tot!) Instant teething toy! HOORAY.
And there is no stopping those teeth once they come in. Matthew had his bang bang bang. One minute he looked like my granny without her teeth in, the next he had a shiny new mouth that he liked to use on various items including us, his crib, toys, board books and the dogs (that's the short list!)

Yeah the teeth thing is VERY tricky when BFing, be thankful!!! OUCH;)
